Coffee, drinks and snacks your team expects

An office kitchen says a great deal about how a workplace runs. Fresh coffee, a full refrigerator and clear counters tell a team it is looked after; a bare shelf sends someone out on an afternoon errand. San Mateo Janitorial offers pantry restocking as a dedicated service: we purchase what your team uses, bring it in on a steady schedule, put it away with care and leave the room in order.

Book it whether or not we clean your building, and pair it with our janitorial visits whenever you want both.

San Mateo suites and their kitchens

San Mateo offices range from small suites to full floors. A small suite often shares a compact kitchenette, where a short, carefully chosen list goes furthest, while a larger floor with a full kitchen calls for more volume, especially on the days most of the team is in.

Each kind of team stocks its kitchen differently: clinic staff who start early may want coffee stocked before the first patient, while an engineering team may ask for cold brew. Every list reflects the team and the budget behind it, while our office cleaning looks after the workspace beyond the kitchen.

What we restock

Coffee counter: coffee, tea, creamers and sugar. Refrigerator: still and sparkling water, juices and soft drinks, with fresher stock placed behind the older. Pantry shelf: crackers, nuts, bars, dried fruit and the occasional treat. Serving: cups, napkins, plates and cutlery.

Restroom tissue, towels and soap come through our janitorial supplies service.

Starting with the person who knows the kitchen

Setup begins with a conversation with whoever knows the kitchen best, often an office manager or executive assistant. We cover the coffee your team drinks, tea, creamers and milk alternatives, what belongs in the refrigerator and which snacks disappear first. Allergies and dietary preferences are noted at the outset, so the gluten-free, dairy-free, nut-free or low-sugar choices your team needs arrive with every order.

Purchases stay within a monthly food and drink budget of your choosing. Slow movers are swapped out, and new requests join the next order.

Leaving the kitchen in order

Each visit ends with a careful tidy. Expired items and empty packaging come out, refrigerator shelves, counters and tables are wiped, the coffee counter is straightened and the kitchen trash leaves with us. Like items are grouped together, so the kitchen reads clearly at a glance.

On each visit we also check the refrigerator and shelves for anything opened and forgotten, and tell the office manager when a favorite item is going faster than the schedule allows, so the next order can be sized up.

When a board meeting, client visit or team lunch is on the calendar, let us know ahead of time. That restock carries extra coffee, sparkling water and snacks, and the coffee counter is set up so guests can serve themselves without hunting for cups.

Coordinated with your cleaning

If our crews also handle the janitorial work, restocking can be timed into one of their visits, so a single stop leaves the kitchen both clean and supplied. Our crews are background-checked, and supervisors include the kitchen in their quality inspections.

Where another provider or your own staff cleans, we come in for restocking alone on the days you prefer, and the kitchen keeps one consistent schedule.

Who it suits

Professional offices are the closest fit: law and accounting suites, technology teams and financial offices that want a well-stocked kitchen for staff and visiting clients. Coworking spaces can use it so the members’ kitchen is never caught short. Medical and dental practices can keep their staff lounge provisioned between appointments, and shops can keep a back-room refrigerator filled for employees on long shifts.

As teams grow or settle into set in-office days, quantities and timing are revised, so the kitchen keeps pace without anyone recalculating the order.

How pantry restocking is priced

Groceries are bought within your monthly budget. Our fee reflects the size of your team, the breadth of the list, how often we restock and the extent of each visit’s tidy. After seeing the kitchen, we provide a written quote.

A few useful answers

Common questions.

Who decides what our pantry carries?

Your staff. The office manager passes along requests, we purchase within the monthly budget and refresh the list whenever preferences shift.

Can the order account for allergies?

Certainly. We note allergy and dietary needs during setup, and suitable items come back on each visit.

Do you set out cups, plates and utensils too?

Yes. Cups, plates, napkins and utensils are counted with the rest of the order and placed where your team reaches for them, so a lunch or meeting never starts with a search through the cabinets.

Do we need San Mateo Janitorial cleaning to book this?

No. Any San Mateo office, coworking space, practice or shop can book it on its own, and it pairs well with our janitorial service.

How is the restock frequency chosen?

By how quickly your team works through the list. Busier kitchens see us more often, and the schedule adjusts as headcount changes.
